Although much of what makes a building LEED Certified depends on design decisions, contractors play a significant role in implementing accredited LEED AP staff certification on a project.  Contractors can directly impact or manage a large percentage of the points for the LEED Certified Rating.

Provident has five certified LEED AP on staff.  This group has completed numerous LEED Certified projects including ground up and interiors. Provident provides on-going training to our commitment in this area.

Provident will work closely with the project team to ensure all possible points available for the LEED Certification process are met, including attending any weekly meetings and involving subcontractors for input.
